Access Rights for Father not-guilty of Domestic Violence

Our client was a father who was denied access to his 4 year old son following serious allegations of domestic violence made against him. Our client had never met his son and had experienced difficulty in getting a solicitor to represent him. After appointing Daniel Rajah as his solicitor, we were able to obtain a photograph of his child by asking the courts to force a disclosure. This photo was the first time our client had ever seen his son. We took our client’s ex-wife to court and have successfully overturned the allegations of domestic violence. Our client has won a contact order and is currently in the process of negotiating the terms. Our work with our client has meant that he and his son have met each other for the first time and are working on building a relationship together.

If you wish to gain access rights to your child, and are having difficulty doing so, contact our family law team today on 0207 118 1666.
