Farhan Farani

Farhan Farani is a founding partner of Farani Taylor Solicitors, and is passionate about creating a market-leading, distinctive practise, recognised for its expertise in immigration law. He is a highly experienced legal advisor specialising in immigration and nationality law. During his time as a legal advisor, Farhan has worked with a range of clients including high net worth individuals, businesses and investors.

In the past, Farhan has worked closely with public and private business that were seeking to recruit key specialist talent from outside of the EU, helping them to negotiate entry rules with minimum fuss and expense.

In addition to this, he has advised individuals involved in entertainment and sports on coming to work in the UK for a fixed period of time, helping them to obtain the correct credentials for the duration of their stay.

As well as his expertise in immigration, he is also experienced in advising on commercial and civil litigation matters, including cross border disputes, debt recovery and professional negligence.
