Imtiaz Raja

Imtiaz is one of our Immigration solicitors and has been with us since 2011. He specialises in Human Rights, Immigration and Nationality law. He also has extensive experience in appeals at all stages of the system including the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal at the High Court. Previously, he has worked on appeal cases that include the refusal of entry clearance to the UK, in-country and out-country appeals, reconsideration of appeals and Judicial Review.

Imtiaz is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi, which gives him an edge when dealing with clients who have difficulty in communicating in English. He has helped individuals of various ethnic backgrounds settle in the UK, and is highly regarded among the Asian Community.
